Get Life Savvy! "How to set goals for 2019 – get the best out of the new year!"

In this workshop, we will talk about our personal and political goals as disabled people for 2019. We will talk about personal projects, and ideas for activism relating to the disabled people’s movement, and try out some strategies for effective goal-setting.

Goals don’t have to be big things – it can be a small habit you want to build up, a friend you want to reconnect with, or an event you want to attend – let’s get together and start our year in a positive way, personally and politically!
